Order Cancellation, Product Returns, and Refund Process

At Blankie, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the products you purchase. However, if you decide that you want to make a return or exchange, here’s how you can do it.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of its confirmation without any additional cost.
  • After the 24-hour period, cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the total order value, except in cases of product exchange. In such cases, administrative fees do not apply, and within the 24-hour period, the product can be exchanged freely for another product without any penalties or extra costs. If such situations arise, you may be contacted by our staff to verify the situation.

Return and Refund Policy:

At Blankie, we individually inspect each product before shipping.Nevertheless, you have the right to return products purchased from Blankie.me within 14 days from the invoice date and receive a full refund.

  • You can return products purchased from blankie.me within a maximum period of 14 days.
  • Products returned within 14 days from the delivery date are eligible for a full refund, provided they are in unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice, as well as any other supporting documents that were sent by us.
  • Damaged or used products will not be refunded, except in cases where the defect is verified as our responsibility.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defect in the product.

If the product meets the criteria for return according to the conditions outlined in this document, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product and its verification. The refund will be issued according to the preference selected by the buyer in the return form, which will be provided by us.

Return Process:

  • In cases of product returns, you must send us an advance email at [email protected], where you will then be contacted by our staff, who will provide you with the product return form. Once the form is completed, it should be sent back to the above email address. Our staff will arrange for a courier who will then contact you to collect the product. In this case, the shipping fees will be covered by the Buyer.
  • Products can be returned to our warehouse or delivered via post to the courier assigned by us. Depending on the option you choose, our staff will provide you with the details.

Products Excluded from Refund

The following are excluded from a refund:

  • Opened, used, damaged products, or those with unsuitable hygiene that cannot be resold after opening.
  • Returned products that are not accompanied by the purchase invoice, have the label removed or damaged, or have damaged packaging.
  • Products sold with special discounts or as "final sale."
  • Products returned after the 14-day period, except in cases where such a return has been accepted by our staff and communicated to the buyer via email.

Defective Products and Their Replacement

At Blankie, we take the utmost care to ensure that products arrive at your address without defects and in perfect condition. For this, we perform an individual inspection of each product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Blankie immediately at [email protected] and provide evidence of the defect (photos, videos, etc.).

After verifying the defect, we will initiate the procedure to collect the product and send a replacement to your address. Blankie will cover the shipping costs for products that were sent incorrectly or that have defects.
