Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do! We're so confident that you'll love Blankie that we offer a 14-day hugging experience. If you’re not satisfied with the product within 14 days, you can return it conditionally. How do I wash and care for Blankie?
Blankie is machine washable, but we recommend using very gentle detergents (suitable for wool/silk) and washing on a delicate cycle. If you want to truly preserve its softness, hand wash it with cold water. Please avoid using a dryer.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send us an email with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I use a discount code?
Simply enter your discount code on the checkout page. Please note that only one coupon can be used per order.
What are the dimensions of Blankie?
The measurements are as follows: Width: 175 cm, Length: 95 cm. Blankie loves everyone equally. Factors like height or weight don’t define its comfort.
